Npower official called me, but I'm yet to be paid
There are several reasons why you might be called by any of the newest Npower official phone numbers dedicated to solve issues related to unpaid stipend.Media aid to Acting President Yemi Osinbajo was clear about Npower payment : "every successful volunteer will be paid," Mr. Laolu Akande said.
Few days he made the assurance, 5 SPECIAL NUMBERS were launched to to resolve issues related to:
1. Unmatched BVN: Find out what constitutes unmatched BVN
2. Unmatched names
You want to know What's Unmatched Name
Those who had the above issues were called to sort out their issues, subsequent upon which their payments were to be effected.
But some volunteers are still expetant of their unpaid stipends which fall under BACKLOG

Read this if you've been called, but yet to be paid:
1. Your issue is being attended to
2. When your issue is fully resolved you'll be paid.
3. Your payment might not be immediate, but you'll be paid.
4. If npower has sufficiently ascetained and verified your details, then you should be expecting your payment
This Npower Volunteer got 4months outstanding salaries amounting to #120,000. "I was surprised," he said. READ HERE
5. Be informed that your case is special, so when the little errors or slight makes in your details have been corrected your names falls under BACKLOG.
The fact your name falls under backlog is an assurance that you'll be paid all your outstanding stipends begining from the month you're verified in your state.

However, note that if your BVN details are totally and completely different from your NPVN details, or you're deteced to have been above 35 years at the time of application, then your data might be expunged from Npower database. That's a disqualification, SIMPLE.

I have successfully corrected my unmatched bank and BVN name from my bank. Missed a call from Npower officials too. Still not paid. Is there any other thing I need to do?
ReplyDeleteHello, if you missed call from npower official, you immediately send text message to the number that called you.
DeletePlease, the npower phone lines have configured not to receive calls.
Reason:
To enable them call volunteers that have payment issue as a result of error in their portal.
Text your name, your npower programme and state I MISSED YOUR CALL.
You'll be called back!
Any other issue? Lemme know

DeleteAfter sending them mails my BVN was corrected today but no call from Npower and I haven't receive payment yet hope am in d backlog list and how soon will I be paid.
ReplyDeleteHi Grace, the fact that your BVN has been corrected is a sign that you'll be paid.
DeleteHowever, you still need to take a step further by sending text message to one of their latest phone numbers.

My real date of birth is 28th July but my npvn profile is showing 23rd July, which I went to my bank to update my BVN to match with what I have in my npvn profile. 3weeks ago npower officials called me and I gave them my BVN, please sir my question is that is the correction going to affect my payment in any way? ReplyDeleteHi Juliet, the only effect that's going to have is the delay in your stipend, but you'll be paid.
DeleteI'm sure will be part of the backlog which is being attended to. You read a story of Vincent in Akwa Ibom, who got his 4months outstanding payment, amounting to #120,000.

Mine was d issue of unmatched names n have done d correction in my bank, I sent messages to two numbers n they ave done d correction in my npvn portal too but paid and l sent mail to their email but I was unmatched bvn whereas it was in profile before but was told to scan my bvn printout to them which I have did n they did not reply me since then.1. What happened that they did not response to my scanned printout?. 2. When are they going to pay me?. 3.I want all my backlog money once the stress is too much with baby from Abule-Egba to Ikeja GTB from change of name bvn printout. lol Thanks.
ReplyDeleteHello Azeezat, if the error in your npvn portal has been corrected, it means your issue is receiving sufficient attention.
DeleteSecond, npower rarely acknolweges complaint sent to them ,however when such complaint is sent it'd be attended to.
Third, no one can specifically say when youre going to be paid, but I do know that definitely you're included in the backlog, which is receiving special attention
One of our followers got his four months stipend. That's #120,000 within a week.

my name is grace oluwaseun ogun on my portal while my bank name is grace oluwaseun ogun,i received call from npower official asking me about my bank detail and i told them and they promise to use the name in my BVN to rectify it. is it possible please i need your response.

DeleteThere is BACKLOG LIST, that is the list of those who have outstanding stipends. They'll all be paid,it might not be paid though.
And you don't need to resend your complaint to the npower phone number.
Hello My name is Shittu Fatima mustapha. I corrected my account name and bVN name and I sent both text msgs and mails to Npower. But I got to know Ltr dt my bank only changed D account name and didt make D effect on bvn. But I have done D effect on bvn now 3 weeks ago but I haven't been paid any stipend. What else can I do??

ReplyDeleteElla, did you apply for npower? Was Zamfara the state you picked if at all you registered. Whether you register or not Genuine Npower Official will not call you to demand money from you.

Deletesir, i am a volunteer in cross river state, a first son to a widow and four siblings. i have been on this issue for months now, the problem is unmatched bvn, which i have corrected and sent scanned copies to support. and my portal is not dis playing d verified logo which came up once and disappeared. sir, during the verification exercise in d state my account no. had a mistake, which i corrected later on my portal. i will be grateful if my case is given attention.thanks.
